High Quality Training and Assessment

Working with Awarding Organisations, Further Education Colleges and Independent Training Providers, TESP’s aim is to ensure high quality training and assessment, with robust quality assurance, is embedded across the electrical skills network. We want to build occupational competence and ensure delivery is world class, stamping out bad practice and attempt to undermine standards. We provide guidance and support to FE and private training providers and encourage employers to engage with education to help develop future talent pipelines.
